Widerrufsbelehrung für maßgefertigte Produkte

According to Section 312g (2) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the consumer has the right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded outside of business premises or a distance contractno right of withdrawalif the goods have been specially manufactured according to the customer's wishes or tailored to their personal needs.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts concerning:

  • the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
  • the ones clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Examples of this are:

  • Custom-made products (e.g., tailored clothing, furniture made to customer specifications)
  • Products with personalized engravings, prints, or embroideries
  • Sonderanfertigungen nach spezifischen Anforderungen des Kunden, wie Designobjekte, spezielle Druckaufträge oder auf Bestellung produzierte Elektronik.

Note on the right of withdrawal

If you have placed an order for standardized products that have not been personalized or custom-made, you still have the statutory right of withdrawal. You can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Consequences of withdrawal:If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • For custom-made products and personalized goods, in accordance with the aforementioned legal provisionsno right of withdrawal.
