Shipping Conditions

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • The shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery address, shipping method, and weight of the ordered items.

2. Shipping Companies

  • The shipment is carried out by reputable shipping service providers (e.g., DHL, UPS, Hermes). The choice of the shipping company is at the seller's discretion.

3. Shipping Confirmation

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will include, if available, a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery.

4. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and complete. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or additional costs, which may be charged to the buyer.

5. Disclaimer

  • We accept no liability for delays caused by the shipping company.
  • The seller is not liable for damages or losses during transport. If the goods are damaged during transport, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim for compensation.
  • Im Falle von Lieferverzögerungen aufgrund höherer Gewalt (z. B. Naturkatastrophen, Streiks) übernehmen wir keine Haftung.

6. International Deliveries

  • For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • Should a package not be deliverable due to incorrect information, non-collection, or other circumstances attributable to the buyer, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the return shipping costs incurred.

8. Non-acceptance or refusal of delivery of the goods

  • Costs due to non-acceptance:If the buyer refuses to accept the goods or delivery is not possible (e.g., incorrect address, no recipient available, unjustified refusal), the resulting return and reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

  • Refusal without reason:If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery without a justified reason, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and charge a processing fee. Additionally, the buyer will incur the return shipping costs.

  • Withdrawal from purchase:In the event of unjustified refusal of delivery by the buyer, this shall be considered a breach of the purchase agreement. Any additional costs incurred (such as storage fees, additional shipping costs) may be charged to the buyer.
